Comfortable, homely and functional studio in a refurbished building, located in the distinguished and exclusive Salamanca district of Madrid, in the heart of the Golden Mile, where you will find the most emblematic places of the Salamanca district, luxury shops, restaurants, bars, markets and boutiques of the city. An ideal place to stay in business, work, cultural or leisure trip with distinction.
The studio is located on the third floor of the building, so it is plenty of natural light and no street noise, decorated with soft and warm colors, fully equipped. The building has a concierge service and an elevator.
The access to the loft is by the entrance hall, immediately to the right side, you entry in an open space where you find the dining room with two windows full of natural light, where you can read, watch TV or relax on the sofa bed and two armchairs.
The living room has a wardrobe and a shelf. On the left side of the dining room there is a small corridor where the bathroom and kitchen are located. The separate bedroom is located entering the studio to the left. It has a small dressing room, a double bed of a bedside table with light and reading light.
For bookings over 30 days, supplies as light and water are not included.
In this apartment, you will find all the necessary facilities to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
CHECK IN:
-The check-in time is from 15.00 hours to 19.00 hours. Late check-in fee: 20 € after 19.00 hours, and after 23.00 hours is 40 €, after 00.00 hours is 60 € and must be paid in cash during check-in. It is compulsory that the owner of the reservation is present at the time of check-in, as the keys cannot be handed over to third parties.
- Losing the keys means a cost of €60 to replace them and change the lock for security.
- Parties and smoking inside the apartment is forbidden.

Es un apartamento con una ubicación perfecta, a un paso del comercio y con muchos restaurantes alrededor. Como pero diría que no hay persianas y las esterillas que hay no impiden el paso de la luz. Si vuelvo a madrid sin duda repetiré.
