Elegant and cozy temporary rental apartment in Sant Gervasi-Galvany. It's one block from Turo Park and the Galvany Market, and two blocks from Plaza Francesc Macia, a nearby shopping area, cafes, restaurants, a gym (Dir Diagonal) with amenities, and a large pool (monthly passes available). Close to all public transportation: the Muntaner train station, city buses on Diagonal, and the tram.
Ideal for temporary stays of up to four people. The apartment is 90 square meters with large windows and plenty of natural light. It features a spacious living and dining room opening onto a terrace overlooking Calvet Street. It also has one double bedroom and two single bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and everything you need for cooking. A TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning are available in the living room.
Cleaning service is available, but must be arranged directly with the company responsible for this service.
Electricity, gas, and water are not included in the price. To do so, a deposit of €300 must be made directly upon arrival or, if applicable, through the Airbnb Resolution Center. Any difference will be refunded via the same method.
Check-in from 2:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. For other times, please inquire, as these incur an additional charge: €40 after 8:00 p.m.; €60 after 10:00 p.m.

Apartment is located in area of “rich old people”. It’s good because there is no tourists that’s why it’s quite chill place to live in. In 5 minutes walk you can find Turo Park-the beautiful place to have walks. Near are a lot of authentic restaurants and great supermarket. The apartment is clear,big and stylish. It has 3 bedrooms. Sometimes around the evening it can be a bit noisy because the windows of main bedroom are close to the road so If you are sensitive to noise like me choose to sleep in small bedroom. In general, I really enjoyed staying in apartment and would definitely recommend it.

Our family of four, all adults stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. This is a very nice residential area, away from the very busy town center. Everything we wanted to see and do was either a walk or short cab ride away. We never had an issue finding a taxi. As we explored the neighborhood we discovered many excellent cafes, restaurants, markets, bakeries shopping opportunities, all very close by. Turó park was very nice. As with any big city it can be a bit noisy, consider earplugs for sleeping. Masha met us at the apartment upon arrival and was quick to respond if we had questions during our stay.

Spacious, Bright, Comfortable, Modern, Beautiful, and well-equipped apartment for 4-5 people or a big family with kids. Great location, just above Eixample, walking distance to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, Avenida Diagonal, etc... There is also a very cute balcony with nice plants, perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious too. You will also find an endless option of books to enjoy in your free time as the apartment has a library. Check-in process was smooth. We stayed there for almost 3 weeks with my parents-in-law who are an elderly couple and needed a lot of care and comfort, we were very satisfied in general. Highly recommended property, we would love to stay there again!
