Loft with balconies next to Gran Teatro del Liceo

Monthly rental. The loft is tastefully decorated and it has two balconies to the street so it has plenty of natural light that creates a truly welcoming atmosphere. It is located on the third floor without an elevator or lifts, in a century building of the traditional Barcelona downtown (Raval, Gothic, and Born). It has a living room, a queen size bed for two persons, a (Maximum capacity 2 persons) kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a sunny terrace, you can see the Gran Teatre Liceo. It is well equipped with Air-conditioning/heating and with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in Barcelona: TV, washing machine, iron+board, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, gas cook, kettle, freezer, fridge, hair dryer, stoves, bed linens, and towels. For a stay of more than 5 days, bedding and towels are replaced.
In 10 minutes walking distance: the Port.
In 5 minutes walking distance: Tube station: Liceo and Boqueria Market
There are numerous rental bike shops in the area.

For bookings over 30 days, supplies, electricity, and water are not included. Guests must leave a deposit of 400 euros for reservations up to two months, from which the water and electricity supplies will be deducted. For reservations of more than two months, the deposit will be in accordance with the number of months of the stay. They must pay before arrival by bank transfer or cash upon arrival.

Check-in time is from 14:30 hours to 20.00 hours. Late check-in fee: 40 € after 20.00 hours, 50 € after 22.00 hours, and 60 € after 00.00 hours.

It is asked 250€ damage deposit in cash during the check-in that will be refunded upon departure.

Aerobus shuttle at the airport to Plaça Catalunya.
On foot (5 minutes) Tube station: Catalunya (Green Line) direction Zona Universitaria.
Tube station get off: Liceo. From there you go by foot to the apartment.

Approximate time: 25 minutes.

HOUSEHOLD RULES:
Keep the order and cleanliness inside the apartment.
Respecting the share areas of the building: stairs and hall, keeping them clean and in silence
Starting at 21.00 hours until 09.00 hours is prohibited any noise and parties.
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, and to keep the security deposit.
