    The apartment is located on the first floor of the building,with view to don Ramón de la Cruz street, between Claudio Coello et Lagasca streets. it has a lot of natural light entering throught its 3 balconies to the street. Decorated with soft and warm colours, fully equipped. The building has a concierge service and an elevator.

    The access to the apartment is by the entrance hall, immediately you enter in an open space where you find the living room, where you can read, watch TV or relax on the three-seater sofa or the big armchair. The kitchen area is open to the living room, completely new.There are two bedrooms with two double beds-

    In this apartment, you will find all the necessary facilities to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

    For bookings over 30 days, supplies as light and water are not included.

    CHECK IN:

    -The check-in time is from 15.00 hours to 19.00 hours. Late check-in fee: 20 € after 19.00 hours, and after 23.00 hours is 40 €, after 00.00 hours is 60 € and must be paid in cash during check-in. It is compulsory that the owner of the reservation is present at the time of check-in, as the keys cannot be handed over to third parties.


    - Losing the keys means a cost of €60 to replace them and change the lock for security.


    Parties and and smoking inside the apartment is forbidden.
