Renovated, homely, cozy and functional apartment in a restored building, located in the distinguished and exclusive Salamanca district of Madrid, on the Golden Mile, where the most emblematic places of the Salamanca district, luxury shops, as well as the best known restaurants, bars, markets and shops in the city. An ideal place to stay on business, work, cultural or leisure trips with distinction.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a peculiar and original building, overlooking an interior block courtyard without noise from the street, decorated with soft and warm colors and fully equipped.
The building has a concierge service and an elevator. It has capacity for 3 people. It has a living room, dining room and kitchen in a single environment. It consists of two bedrooms: one of them with a double bed of 1.35 x 1.90 and the other with a single bed of 80 x 1.90. If you need a cot, it must be indicated when making the reservation.
Air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedroom. The other room has a fan. Heating throughout the house.
For bookings over 30 days, supplies as light and water are not included.
CHECK IN:
-The check-in time is from 15.00 hours to 19.00 hours. Late check-in fee: 20 € after 19.00 hours, and after 23.00 hours is 40 €, after 00.00 hours is 60 € and must be paid in cash during check-in. It is compulsory that the owner of the reservation is present at the time of check-in, as the keys cannot be handed over to third parties.
- Losing the keys means a cost of €60 to replace them and change the lock for security
HOUSE RULES:Maintain order and cleanliness inside the apartment. Respect the common areas of the building: Stairs and landing, keeping them clean and quiet.From 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. any noise / parties and smoking inside the apartment is forbidden.
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, HIGH VOLUME MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!
In case of complaints from the neighbors due to too much noise or bad behavior produced by someone in the group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all those who live with him, be it day or night, and not return any payment already made and keep the deposit.Thanks for your understanding.
