Three-bedroom Apartment at Clot Market

The apartment has 75 square meters. It is located on the fourth floor of a 70's building, close to Clot old village, very close to Clot Market and Park. Behind of the small area of pedestrian streets with bars, restaurants and shops and 5 minutes walking from Gloria’s square and its big commercial centre. In front of the apartment, there is the Clot metro station. It is very bright and completely renovated, with a wide view in the living room and master bedroom. It is distributed into two areas separated with a long corridor.

At the entrance, on the left, through the long corridor, there is the living room and the open kitchen. The living room is really bright, has a sofa bed ideal for 2 person to sleep. The kitchen is open to the dining room, and it is

fully refurbished with microwave, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine.The whole apartment has air conditioning and heating. It is spacious, it has design interiors and it is very functional.

Maximum capacity of up to 6 people.

From the living room you have access to the 8 square meters terrace and to the master bedroom in suite with the bathroom, with a double bed and a large closet, its big window offers lots of natural light.

At the entrance, on the right, there are two individual bedrooms with lots of natural light, the two single bedrooms share the second bathroom.

In a neighborhood full of life, we can find a variety of bars, authentic

restaurants, shops, cinemas, theatres... The metro and the bus are at 1

minutes walking distance from the apartment.

For bookings over 30 days, supplies as light and water are not included.

Check in time is from 14:30 hours to 20.00 hours.

Late check in fee: 40 € after 20.00 hours, 50 € after 22.00 hours, 60 € after 00.00 hours, 70 € after 01.00 hours.

Tourist taxes are 4,4 € per person per night maximum 7 nights, for guests over 16 years old, payable during check in.

There is a deposit of € 300 and € 85 for cleaning and check-in service

HOUSE'S RULES:

Keep order and cleanliness inside the apartment.

Respect the common areas of the building: Stairs and landing, keeping them

clean and silent.

From 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. any noise / parties is prohibited.

ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, HIGH VOLUME MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY

PROHIBITED! In case of complaints from neighbors due to too much noise or

bad behavior produced by someone in the group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all those who live with him, day or night, and not return

any payment already done and keep the deposit.
