    This comfortable loft-apartment, for two or three guests, is situated in the rooftop of a restored building built in the 30s of the last century. Access to the loft-apartment is through the elevator, then you pass 2 doors, there are 2 steps and then you accesse the large rooftop, and after 8 steps you reach the apartment, from where you can enjoy the fabulous views of the city night and day, The apartment is perfect for young people.

    Although in the heart of the city, the loft-apartment is very quiet; when the door it locks into place you quickly leave the bustle of the city behind you.

    The loft-apartment of 30 meters squares is recently renovated and tastefully decorated with lovely details. There is a living room with sitting area and open kitchen, a bedroom with a spacious and comfortable double bed, a bathroom and a small separated bedroom for a third guest. The entire loft-apartment has air conditioning system and heater and with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in Barcelona: TV, DVD, washing machine, iron+board, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric cook, kettle, freezer, fridge, hair dryer, stoves, bed linens and towels.

    In a lively neighborhood, full of life, it has a huge variety of shops, as well as really authentic restaurants and bars. Subway and buses are right on the corner.

    For bookings over 30 days, supplies as light and water are not included.

    Check in time is from 14:30 hours to 20.00 hours. Late check in fee: 40 € after 20.00 hours, 50 € after 22.00 hours, 60 € after 00.00 hours, 70 € after 01.00 hours.

    ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, and to keep the security deposit.

    The apartment is situated in Barcelona’s Poble Sec neighbourhood, famous for its trendy bars and restaurants, (Blai street) Arenas Shopping Centre, with a big supermarket and rooftop restaurants offering panoramic views of the city, can be reached in 7 minutes on foot
    Paral´lel Avenue, with the most famous Theatres in Barcelona is 15 minutes walking distance.

    We had a great 6 night stay in this apartment, the location was perfect as our friends live around 10 minutes away. It is located on the route of the aerobus so you're within 20 mins of airport and a 5 minute walk from espanya metro stop. The apartment itself has incredible views of Barcelona from the 9th floor, so I wouldn't stay here if you're afraid of heights or uncomfortable in lifts. The apartment was cute, minimal and clean and had everything we needed for our stay and Anna was was very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

    The apartment is a small space at the top of the building on the roof. There are a few small steps to climb and 2 extra doors to unlock each time you arrive home. So besides for that, the flatlet was clean, had great views from the rooftop and was very centrally located. I would recommend it for a short stay in Barcelona.

    We had a really great time in the Loft. Our contact person was very friendly and told us perfectly how to arrive from the airport. Which was very easy and comfortable. The Neighborhood is nice and after a very quick walk you are at the metro station Espanya. The Rooftop ist very beautiful. Everything was clean and nice, there also was a washing machine. The loft is very bright and it is beautiful to sit at the table and watch the view, while having breakfast. In the neighborhood are a lot of supermarcets.

    was like on the photos. it was kind of wierd to have 3 doors to lock but however therefore it was a nice terrace. put some chairs there-that would be reaaaallly cool! hmm so just like expected :) thank you!

    The rooftop was really amazing and the flat was very cozy. Ana was very nice and helped us with everything. Our problems were solved quickly. The metrostation espanya was very close to the flat (5 minutes walk). i can recommend this.
