Perfect for accommodating 6 people, these apartment has two double bedrooms, and a double sofa bed in their large living-dining room with American kitchen. We also have parking option in front of the building.

This apartment, just a short distance from Sagrada Familia, the modernist neighbourhood of Barcelona's Eixample, a very central zone next to Paseo Sant Joan and Paseo de Gracia and only 20 minutes walk from las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya.

Furthermore, the apartment is fully equipped, very comfortable and offers a range of facilities (Wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer,), you’ll feel at home as soon as you arrive

Keep the order and cleanliness inside the apartment.

Respecting the share areas of the building: stairs and hall, keeping them clean and in silence

Starting at 21.00 hours until 09.00 hours is prohibited any noise and parties.

For bookings over 30 days, supplies as light and water are not included.

Fin lejlighed som absolut lever op til forventningerne. Støj fra gaden, hvis du sidder på altanen, men det er jo en storby. Alt er rent og pænt, og vores vært ventede tålmodigt på os, da vi var en time forsinket. Supermarked lige overfor, og en god bager ca. 100 meter fra lejligheden. Gode køkkenfaciliteter bl.a. opvaskemaskine og det hele virker efter hensigten..

Hermoso apartamento , grande, muy buen gusto y comodo para 4 personas. Me parecio un poco alejado de todo pero estuvo bien con la parada de metro de La Sagrada Familia .

We had a VERY good experience. Nice neighborhood and very close to Sagrada La Familia. Close to the metro. The rooms were very nice.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect. David welcomed us at the apartment on our arrival and made everything look easy. He also recommended some good restaurants nearby. Couldn't think of a better place if one wants to stay at a central location to explore Barcelona. Highly recommended.

Thank you Montaber for a lovely stay. We had a great trip to Barcelona and the apartment was a perfect base for a city break and we would definitely recommend. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all kitchen utensils, glasses, cups etc. Walking distance from lovely places to eat and drink. Thank you again!
