Inside the apartment you have every modern facility with lots of retained character. The apartment is on the second floor. It has air conditioning in the living area and heating system in the whole apartment. The living area is very spacious and has open stone walls and beams and with a ceiling height of over 3 meters, there is a real sense of 'loft living' especially with all the natural light streaming in. The living room consists in 6 table sits and a huge sofa and comfortable armchairs.

There are three balconies overlooking the street where you can watch the world go by, but later, when some peace and quiet is required the double glazed windows cut out any noise from below.

The apartment has been decorated with vintage furniture giving the apartment a creative, eclectic feel. The apartment has Wi-Fi.

The modern kitchen has all you will need for entertaining at home, plus washing machine and dryer.

The bathroom has a walk in shower, w.c and 2 sinks.

The bedroom is separated off from the living area by a large sliding door, which when left open doubles the feeling of space in the apartment. There is a double bed measuring 160 x 190 and fitted wardrobes against the whole of one wall with a really comfy 70's chair to relax in.

The apartment is perfect for 4, but there is also an extra double bed that can be arranged for a maximum of 6.

Located right next to one of the three main shopping avenues in Barcelona this apartment is a great base for being immersed in art and shopping. A truly memorable setting for your stay in Barcelona.

CHECK IN:

Check in time is from 14:30 hours to 20.00 hours. Late check in fee: 40 € after 20.00 hours, 50 € after 22.00 hours, 60 € after 00.00 hours, 70 € after 01.00 hours.

City tax is not included in the price and is payable at check-in

There is a 300€ deposit and a 105 € cleaning fee

RULES:

In accordance with the rules established by the community of owners, guests under the age of 25 are fully welcome, up to a maximum of 2 people under the age of 25 per group. The rest of the members of the group must be over the mentioned age. It will be a pleasure to host you, Welcome!

Maintain order and cleanliness inside the apartment. Respect the common areas of the building: Stairs and landing, keeping them clean and quiet.

From 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. any noise / parties are prohibited.

ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, HIGH VOLUME MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!

In case of complaints from the neighbors due to too much noise or bad behavior produced by someone in the group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all those who live with him, be it day or night, and not return any payment already made and to keep the deposit.

Above expectations which were already high looking at the foto's and description of the appartment. Perfect location. Minutes awy from the metro. Bike rental around the corner. Excellent price quality. Perfect for two couples. Good easily sleep 6. Hope to return to this place in a wonderful city.

Apartment is big and convenient. Very close to public transportation, super market and restaurants. Easy to get around. Bed sheet is clean. Cook ware is more than enough. I recommend to stay if big family and requiring big room.

Fabulous apt - extremely spacious and well-located. This will probably be the nicest Air B&B we will ever stay in. Very comfortable. Amazing space. We absolutely loved staying at he apt.

We had the most amazing week staying here in Barcelona. The apartment was beautiful and if anything - I don't think the photos really do justice to just how spacious and light the apartment is. We are a family of 5 and it was perfect for us. The location was also ideal - we had easy walking access to everything - fabulous restaurants, the sights, shops and to the beach. We will definitely go back and would love to stay here again. Thank you

Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Die U-Bahnstation Tetuan ist gleich um die Ecke. Mit dem Taxi kommt man für 4€ direkt zum Placa Catalunya oder man geht 10-15 min bis dorthin. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt im Gebäudekomplex und in der Nachbarschaft. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich => Vielen Dank an David. David hat uns einige Empfehlungen zu Bars und Restaurants geben. Das Chicha Limona müsst ihr unbedingt besuchen => super leckeres Essen und guter Wein. Wir haben den Fahr-Service mitgebucht und das hat auch super geklappt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, sogar mit Nespresso Maschine. Die Betten sind wirklich super => wir haben sehr gut darin geschlafen. Klare Empfehlung => wir kommen gerne wieder.
