Sophie

Très bon séjour en famille dans cet appartement plein de charme et très lumineux. Très bien placé entre le parc Güell et la Sagrada Família, avec une station de métro à proximité. David nous a très bien accueilli et nous a conseillé des adresses aux alentours. Je recommande cet appartement pour les familles avec enfants, il est très bien adapté.

There are multiple factors going for this place: location, cleanliness and amenities. The Gracie neighborhood where this house is located is within 30 mins walking distance of all major tourist destinations of Barcelona. And the neighborhood has tons of cute, local shops to shop and all the best restaurants. What I wish the apartment had more of was space in the bathrooms.

This is a large apartment with a well appointed kitchen so you can easily cook simple meals. Lots of utensils, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. If you do not like to be in the center of the city with all the tourists and get the feel of how the locals live, this is the place. Tons of bars, restaurants and bakeries (yes, they love their bread). The train is under 10min walk and it takes you directly to the center where you can switch to the metro for other destinations. Takes about 7min to get you there.
